Home made produce

Organic food is at the heart of Farm Finn. We practice a seasonally based “farm to fork” philosophy, so our menus depend upon what miracles have been produced by our head gardener and our chef. Have a word with either to find out about what’s in season or on our menu and of course please let us know of any allergies or intolerances you may have.

Organic vegetarian and vegan cuisine

As in most of rural northern Morocco, there have always been olive trees in Loubar al Fuq. A mix of indigenous olive trees and those imported by the Spanish during their occupation of the region, contribute to the production of an intensely fresh and slightly spicy organic olive oil. Our trees are hand pruned in late winter and the fruits are hand-picked in late fall. The plants are fertilized with our own organic compost, amendments or vermi compost. Once picked, the olives are pressed and filtered within three days. In our food, you’ll find only the freshest organic olive oil from the past two years.
