Farm Finn is located in the village of Loubar al Fuq, which is a 10 minute drive along an unpaved road from Chefchaouen in the direction of Fez and Ras el Mar. (Download map)

From Tangiers (2 hours)
Follow directions to Tetouan and on to Chefchaouen.

Tetouan (1 hour)
Follow directions to Chefchaouen.

From Fez (4 hours)
Take the road to Meknes and turn off at the fork with directions to Chefchaouen. Drive towards Ouazzane and follow directions to Chefchaouen.

From Rabat/Casablanca (5 hours)
Take the auto route/Route National to Souk Al Arba. Follow directions to Ouazzane and then on to Chefchaouen.

From Chefchaouen
Take Ave Melila, the road towards Fez, until you reach Al Amana Hotel (on the left). From Al Amana hotel turn left on to Ave Ras el Mar and then immediately turn right to begin a steep ascent up the hill passing the school on your left.
Keep driving up the hill until you reach a small group of shops with a bread oven and wood piles on the left and a steep (yes even steeper … you’re in the mountains now!!) track also rising to the left. Drive up this track to the new mosque of Loubar al Fuq.
Secure private parking can be arranged upon request. From the Mosque/parking take the sign posted donkey path on the right, for the 10 minute walk to Farm Finn, which can be seen if you look south from the mosque.
By Taxi
If you arrive by public transport, please make your way to the collective taxi stop, locally known as “honda”, that connects Chefchaouen with Loubar at Fuq and Farm Finn. You will find this at the souk on Ave Allah Ben Abdellah, opposite Laachiri restaurant. Drivers generally only speak Deriga (Moroccan dialect Arabic) so a few local phrases can be useful. *
*Ana machi fi Farm Finn, hotel fi Loubar Al Fuqia. = I am going to Farm Finn, a hotel in Upper Loubar.
*Kreb al jamaa jdida. = Near to the new mosque.
On Foot
Farm Finn can also be accessed from Chefchaouen by walking along the well-established path rising from Ras el Mar and passing the well-known Spanish mosque, taking approximately 45 – 60 minutes from Chefchaouen to the new mosque in Loubar al Fuq. From the Mosque take the sign posted donkey path on the right, for the 10 minute walk to Farm Finn.

If you would like assistance to get to Farm Finn, why not order a donkey to collect you, your children and/or your bags from the mosque at Loubar al Fuq. There’s no safer way to travel, both back in time and to Farm Finn.
